Users may cancel an order before the restaurant starts preparing the food. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
If the restaurant has already started preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible and refunds may not be issued.

Incorrect food items
Missing items
Damaged or spoiled food
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. After verification, we may provide:
Partial refund
Full refund
Replacement (if applicable)
If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:
Restaurant unable to fulfill the order
Delivery partner unavailable
Technical issues
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
Incorrect delivery address provided by the user
Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of the customer
Orders marked as delivered successfully
